Chia pudding is a delicious way to get the natural goodness of fibre and healthy fats from chia for a tasty after supper treat! This recipe is super easy - only 4 ingredients with no added sugars.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup almond or cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 3-4 tbsp Zola Foods chia seeds
Soak the chia seeds in the milk, add the orange zest and vanilla extract. Leave in the fridge overnight. Serve for breakfast with a fresh fruit topping of your choice (bananas, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or kiwi!) and drizzle with a small amount of honey and chopped nuts if you like!
